Therapy for individuals, couples and families in Centre Wellington

People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons, but at the heart of it is a deep longing—to feel whole, connected, and grounded again.

Life can feel overwhelming: anxiety spirals that won’t stop, the constant mental load, depression that saps your energy, or the isolating challenges of postpartum and parenting. In a world where stress and overwhelm have become the norm, it’s easy to feel lost and alone in the darkness.

Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken or showing you what’s wrong. It’s about gently guiding you back to yourself - a coming home to wholeness, groundedness, and connection.

At Full Circle Psychotherapy, we offer heartfelt, evidence-based therapy in Fergus and virtually across Ontario, supporting you through anxiety, depression, postpartum struggles, life transitions, and more.

You don’t have to carry this alone.
We’re here to walk alongside you, and to help you find your way back.
The Therapy Process

Consultation Call

Schedule a free, no obligation, 15 minute consultation call with the therapist of your choice. You'll have a chance to ask any questions and get a sense if it feels like a good fit.

Book a First Session

If you're ready to get started, book a first session through your Jane account. Here you and your therapist will build off of your consult call and set goals and an action plan for your work together.

Intake Paperwork

You will be sent an intake package via e-mail. Ensure you complete these forms prior to your appointment to make the most out of your time with your therapist.

Ongoing Sessions

You've done it! You're all set up and in the process of therapy. Sessions are typically scheduled weekly or biweekly to start, spacing them out as you gain momentum. You'll likely work with your therapist for a minimum of 6 months, however this can vary depending on your goals, needs and availability.

FAQS

What are your fees? Our fees range from $160-170 per 50 minute session, depending on the therapist that you are seeing. Payment is due at the end of each session, via e-transfer, debit or credit. As a small business, debit is appreciated and our preferred method of payment.

Is therapy covered under my benefit plan? Most insurance providers cover psychotherapy services. Check with your individual provider regarding therapy with a Registered Social Worker (MSW RSW), the amount covered and benefit renewal date. You will be given a receipt to submit to your insurance provider following payment. If you do not have a benefit plan, you may be able to claim therapy as a health expense on your taxes.

Do you offer a sliding scale? Yes. A limited number of subsidized spaces are available, based on need. Please e-mail hello@fullcirclepsychotherapy.ca for more information.

How often will I need to attend therapy? We strongly encourage starting out with weekly or biweekly sessions, to help build your relationship with your therapist and get some momentum towards your goals. Once momentum is built, we can start gradually spacing out your sessions. However we understand that this may not be feasible for everyone, and are open to creating a treatment plan that best suits your needs, schedule and budget.

What are your policies? All of our policies are included in our intake package that you will receive via e-mail prior to your fist session. Including: Confidentiality policy, cancellation policy, fees/payment and prohibited session recording. Any questions can be forwarded to hello@fullcirclepsychotherapy.ca.

Do you offer free consultations? Yes. Complimentary 15 minute phone consults are available. Visit our booking portal to schedule yours today!

What is your cancellation policy? 48 hour notice must be provided for all cancellations or changes to appointment times. A full charge will be made for all cancellations/changes made in less than 48 hours.

What does 'coming soon' mean for some of your services? It means that we are actively growing our team, and have plans to have therapists for those roles shortly. We are focused on finding team members that share our values and vision.

How many sessions will I need? This is a hard one to answer, as each client is so unique. As a rough estimate, expect a minimum of 6 months. However we have worked with clients for only 3-4 sessions that have limited benefit coverage, or other clients that continue in therapy for several years. Ultimately, the choice is yours and we encourage an honest conversation about expectations during the intake process.
