Support group in Fergus Ontario for moms

Full Circle Support Groups

Community and connection are at the heart of what we do. Every day, we hear stories of struggle and isolation — and the quiet wish for support that doesn’t come with pressure, awkwardness, or another hit to an already stretched budget.

That’s why we are offering full circle support in our free monthly groups: gentle, welcoming spaces centred on emotional safety, meaningful connection, and a little light-heartedness along the way

"At the core of human experience is the need to feel connected."

- Esther Perel

Our Commitment to You

If you experience a pregnancy or infant loss while participating in this group, we want you to know you are not alone and that additional support is available.

As part of our commitment to caring for you through this experience, group participants are offered one complimentary individual therapy session with Catherine or Samantha, available for up to four months following your loss.

This session is offered as a one-time, brief support session, with no pressure or expectation to continue therapy beyond it.

There is also no pressure to use this session. It is simply here for you, if and when it feels supportive.

We are available at hello@fullcirclepsychotherapy.ca if you would like more information.

FAQS

What can I expect in the groups? Our typical schedule will include a fun, no-pressure icebreaker, group discussion on a chosen topic (ie. building your village, postpartum rage, overstimulation ect.), followed by some open social time. We promise, we will do everything possible to limit the awkward jitters!

Where are the groups located? We are fortunate to be collaborating with some amazing community partners, who graciously donated their spaces. For Pregnancy: Guelph Midwives in Elora For Postpartum: Yoga in Fergus

What is your cancellation policy? Although our groups are free of charge, we kindly ask that your respect our 48 hour cancellation policy. This allows someone else to attend in your place, if you are unable to make it.

What do the groups cost? Our groups are completely free of charge. It's our way of giving back to the community, in a way that aligns with our values and fills the gaps that we see in our local community.

Do I need to be attending individual therapy to join the groups? Not at all! Our groups are open to anyone that may benefit, whether you are working with one of our therapists or not.

Can I bring my baby? Absolutely! Sleeping babies, fussing babies and hungry babies included! But also totally okay if you'd prefer to come on your own.
