Samantha Martin, MSW RSW

Registered Social Worker + Psychotherapist

Founder + Clinical Director

Hi, I’m Samantha (she/her) - therapist, mom of two, and founder of Full Circle Psychotherapy in Fergus. I truly believe in the healing power of therapy and feel deeply grateful to do this work.

If you’re feeling stuck in anxiety spirals, overwhelmed by the mental load, or navigating the identity shift that comes with parenthood - I get it. Whether you’re struggling with burnout, depression, or the invisible weight of trying to hold it all together, you’re not alone.

I offer holistic, evidence-based support for adults (18+) navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the perinatal period, including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. As a parent myself, I understand how isolating those seasons can feel.

My foundational approach blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy, along with elements of Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, and Self-Compassion. Whether you’re looking for a structured plan or a more informal, conversational space, we’ll shape our sessions around what works best for you.

Outside of the office, you can often find me on a hiking trail, sweating it out at the gym or building countless lego towers.
